This board is finished with purely organic oil (Vinnies UPO, topped off with an extra coating of the Eternal Seal), which means it is completely free of toxins and VOC’s. It is a foodsafe product and therefore it is safe to put food directly on the board.
It is recommended to only rinse it with water.
